HOMAG POWER KFL 610 – complete edge banding line for batch size 1 production, year of manufacture 2011

Automated format and edge processing with laserTec, 24-position edge magazine, two BARGSTEDT portals, and automatic return system. For furniture and interior design manufacturers with varying workpiece and edge material requirements.

2 × BARGSTEDT PROFI TBP410/40/28/12/S.
24-position roller magazine A3.
RF12 format processing, joining, capping, FK23 profile milling with 2 × 8-position tool changer, multi-profile cutting tool, and finishing unit.
powerControl PC22, woodLine PC52, woodScout, and barcode system.

TECHNICAL DATA
Base machine: workpiece length 240–2,500 mm, width 200–1,200 mm, thickness 10–60 mm.
Portals: maximum 2,800 × 1,200 × 40 mm, maximum 50 kg.
Laser: workpiece thickness maximum 40 mm, edge thickness maximum 3 mm.
Feed rate of base machine 15–30 m/min, depending on processing and units.
The 60 mm limit does not apply to the entire line. Format limits depend on orientation and processing; no blanket guarantee of overall line performance.

INSPECTION AND DOCUMENTS
The system was confirmed to be fully operational on 08.10.2026. Inspection with demonstration possible at the customer's location by appointment. Location: Switzerland.
