Automatic cup filling and sealing machine designed for hygienic processing in the dairy and food industry. The machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel (food grade) and is suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products such as yogurt, sour cream, milk desserts, cream-based products and sauces. The system features fully automatic operation with an integrated cup infeed and outfeed conveyor, multiple filling nozzles and a sealing/closing station. Operation is managed via a touchscreen HMI control panel, while the working area is protected by safety plexiglass enclosures. The machine has a hygienic design, is easy to clean and suitable for CIP connection. Industrial execution, good working condition and regularly maintained. The scope of delivery includes the complete cup filling and sealing machine with conveyor system and control cabinet as shown in the pictures.
